Lady Gaga, dressed in one of her famous, all black leather ensembles, went on Fuse T.V.'s On the Record today to promote her newest album The Fame Monster. "THE FAME is the first album in history to have four #1 radio hits!" Lady Gaga Tweeted today." Sadly, the frenzy around the "Paparazzi" singer's arrival at an event last night ultimately led to a photographer's death.
