Lady Gaga likes a guy who can keep up with her at the bar, and her latest man, Vampire Diaries star Taylor Kinney, is no exception. Star reports exclusively that Taylor had a run-in with the law in 2002 after boozing too heavily one night in Virginia. The now 30-year old was cited with swearing and public intoxication. Star has the scoop in this week's issue!

In the nearly 10 years since his infraction Taylor hasn't curbed his habits, which is a good thing for Gaga, since she loves to drink — so much that she's publicly said she's on the "drunk diet."

Taylor must be on the diet as well, as he and the pop star have been spotted throwing back shots of whiskey at Sneak Joint in San Diego and recently had a wild night over cocktails at Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.

But it's not just Taylor's trouble with the law and love of liquor that make this a bad romance — Taylor is a cheat, according to his ex-girlfriend Brittany Sackett. She exclusively told Star, "She was with my boyfriend and I found out he was cheating on me...I feel like she's a homewrecker."
