Dancing with the Stars contestant Kelly Osbourne credits the competition's rigorous routines for her recent slimdown to her smallest size since she ditched drugs.
"I'm a size 8 US size 4 now since losing more than a stone 14 pounds from all the dance training,' she writes in her column for the UK's Closer magazine.
"I've been that small before, but it was when I was taking drugs and was really unhealthy.
"Now I'm so fit and even my skin looks better - I think it's from all the sweating!"
Last night Kelly, 24, and her partner Louis Van Amstel channeled her dad Ozzy Osbourne in the paso doble, performing to her father's hit "Crazy Train" in a rock themed dance-0ff.
Ozzy, who was sitting with Kelly's fiancé Luke Worrall, gave his youngest daughter a standing ovation - and her gothic moves won her a score of 24 out of 30 from the judges.

But despite glowing with health, Kelly still admits, "I'm not loving my upper arms to be honest - I think I'll start doing some weights to tone them up."
