After rumors raged that Leah Remini would not be returning as one of the co-hosts of The Talk, the King of Queens star turned to her Twitter to set the record straight and confirm some truth to the reports.
"It is official: I am sorry to say that I have NOT been asked back on the show. Sorry to my fans. U worked so hard! I adore u guys." Leah Tweeted.
The reason why CBS chose not to renew Leah's contract has not been revealed.
Leah also took the time to thank fans for their support in trying to help keep her on the show, Tweeting, "I want to thank you all for the fight you have put up. Man! You guys are awesome! It warms my heart 2 know u were there 4 me."
Reportedly Holly Robinson Peete's contract was not renewed either.
But the CBS talk show program will be welcoming a two-week guest cameo from Kris Jenner.
