Cadence Cogs and her family flew from Hawaii to Disneyland as part of her dream. She's blind in her right eye and her wish was to visit the happy park before she loses eyesight in her left eye, as reported by JustJared.
LeAnn and the organization Wish Upon a Hero teamed up to make Cadence's dream a reality. Although the day was all about bringing joy to Cadence and her family, it looks like a lot of happiness found its way to LeAnn as well.
