Leighton Meester is making the most of the new year by performing all over the country. The Gossip Girl star-turned-singer's non-stop tour is quickly turning her into a performer to look out for in 2010.
Just before the new year, Leighton worked the nightclub crowd in Miami, entertaining fans at new Miami hot spot Klutch.
But it was all just a warm-up for Dec. 31. Leighton was ready to ring in the new year in Atlantic City and she let her fans know on her Twitter that a snow storm keep her from performing!
"Snow won't stop me!," she Tweeted. "Atlantic City here I come... Playing a show at Dusk nightclub tonight to ring in 2010. Don't even bother wearing socks"
Leighton said bye-bye to 2009 by making club-goers go crazy at 12:01 am when she sang some of "Good Girls Go Bad" — the Cobra Starship song she's featured on — followed by "Somebody to Love."
The crowd was not only feeling Leighton's singing, but her dance moves as well. Even on Dusk's small stage, she was able to move around with her back-up dancers and really put on a show!

Although Leighton only got a quick smooch from her Gossip Girl co-star and boyfriend Sebastian Stan at midnight, she more than made up for it by making out later as a post-performance celebration.
But there was no rest for the wicked. On New Year's day, Leighton jetted off to the Windy City, where sang a couple of songs at The Underground in Chicago.
For each performance Leighton chose to dress up for the red carpet and dress down for her performances, but a dressed-down Leighton doesn't mean the same thing as it does for everyone else! She really knows how to work a t-shirt!
Moving on, Leighton then headed to Las Vegas to perform at Tao on Jan. 2 and gave a winning performance in a comfy but sexy attire.
During her performances, Leighton performed songs have yet to be released making sure her fans get excited to hear more from her!
Leighton's making the most of her music career in 2010 and we can't wait to see where and what she's performing next!
