Levi Johnston to File for Custody of Baby Tripp

Sarah Palin doesn't scare him! Levi Johnston tells The Insider that he's not going down without a fight, and will be filing for joint custody for his son with Bristol Palin, Tripp.

Levi says he is taking legal action after he had trouble over the weekend trying to see his son.

"At the end of the month I'm going to file for joint custody of Tripp," Levi explained. "It's not working. I'm done. It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."
