Lil Wayne is apparently dealing with a bloody wound with a decent stride. He received nine stitches to heal a bloody gash after his left eye after crashing at a skateboard park.

One witness told a local TV station in St. Louis, Miss. that the rapper was surrounded by several members of his entourage. TMZ reported he was treated and released from the local hospital.

Just this morning he took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the bloody accident. He wrote, "The Lou was good but I busted my fuggin head at the sk8park! 9stitches! Gnarly gash over my left eye! Luv the people"
Sounds like he's already on the road to recovery!
