LiLo Arrives To Court Early; Prosecutor Claims "I Can Prove Lindsay Was Drinking"
July 6 2010, Published 7:00 a.m. ET
Lindsay Lohan actually arrived to court early for her DUI probation violation hearing this morning in L.A., looking very professional. It looks like things are going to be difficult for the socialite, as Prosecutor Danette Meyers told the judge that she has witnesses who can prove that the starlet was drinking after the MTV Movie Awards when her SCRAM bracelet went off and showed a positive reading for alcohol, TMZ reports.
Prosecutor Meyers insisted if Lindsay was drinking it would indicate a violation of her probation and subject her to jail, according to TMZ.

Judge Marsha Revel initially ruled that drinking in and of itself was not a violation of probation, but more of a bail restriction.

However, the judge seemed somewhat sympathetic to Meyers' argument, according to TMZ, which highlights that under the terms of LiLo's probation, she was required to obey all the rules of the court.
The judge will allow Meyers to call witnesses to prove if Lindsay was drinking, as it does seem skeptical that a SCRAM could go off when the person wearing it did not consume any alcohol.
Currently, there's a recess in the Beverly Hills courtroom while the prosecutor goes over the docs from Lindsay's alcohol ed program — she did not complete all her classes on time and as a result could be headed to jail.

Lindsay is in a small room near the courtroom with her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, who is reviewing some of the lawyer-client information in the documents, before turning them over to the prosecutor.
As promised, Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan, is in the courtroom with his lawyer Lisa Bloom.
And oddly enough, Danny DeVito was spotted heading into the Beverly Hills courthouse minutes after Lindsay's arrival.
The actor found himself caught up in the LiLo media firestorm as he headed in for jury duty!
