July 6 2010, Published 9:11 a.m. ET
It's not looking great for Lindsay Lohan as her DUI probation violation hearing is well underway. Cheryl Marshall, co-owner of the Right On program where Lilo attended alcohol ed classes, has testified that Lindsay violated the judge's command to attend classes once a week, noting 9 times that the actress skipped for a variety of reasons.
Marshall noted 9 times in all Lindsay skipped weeks her scheduled classes as part of the judge-appointed program, TMZ reports, and the program never notified the judge of the skipped classes.

This is damaging evidence against Lindsay. According to Marshall, the program determined in both May and August, 2009, that Lindsay was not in compliance with the program.
In the August letter, read in court by Marshall, the program determined Lindsay's variety of excuses were "endless and disrespectful."
