Lilo Headed to Help the Poor in India

Lindsay Lohan is fleeing the drama of her many alleged relationships and family feuds and heading overseas to help those in need: Page Six reports she'll be channeling her energies for a positive cause by working with impoverished children in India.

Lilo is traveling to India today to film a documentary for the BBC about the lives of the impoverished.

An inside source told Page Six, "She is excited about escaping the drama of L.A. and doing something real."

Linds has been focusing on her fashion dreams and recently posed for a risqué photo shoot in Muse Magazine.
