Lindsay Lohan is fleeing the drama of her many alleged relationships and family feuds and heading overseas to help those in need: Page Six reports she'll be channeling her energies for a positive cause by working with impoverished children in India.
Lilo is traveling to India today to film a documentary for the BBC about the lives of the impoverished.
An inside source told Page Six, "She is excited about escaping the drama of L.A. and doing something real."
