Looks like someone won't have to deal with courtroom cryfests from a certain starlet anymore — a new report says Lindsay Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, has resigned her job as the jailbird's attorney.TMZ says they called Holley for comment on a story and she then told them she was no longer representing Lindsay. Apparently, she resigned earlier today — just after OK! got her to comment on Lindsay's sentence of 90 days in jail.
Tiffany Feder-Cohen, who reportedly was just admitted to the bar in November, is said to be up to bat for Lilo next.
Maybe Lindsay is a believer of "if at first you don't succeed" at staying out of jail, "try, try again" with a different lawyer?
