Lindsay Lohan just checked out of the Betty Ford Center early this morning, and headed straight to court in Beverly Hills. At the moment she's in front of Judge Elden Fox, accompanied by her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, where she'll find out if she's going back to jail for violating her probation after failed drug tests.

Another alternative would be for her to go back to rehab at Betty Ford to continue working on her recovery. She checked in Sept. 28 after admitting that she'd relapsed.
