Oh, Lindsay Lohan! The troubled starlet has got herself into another bit of bother by allegedly racking up thousands of dollars in charges at her favorite Hollywood hotel and has not paying the bill.

A leaked letter from Chateau Marmont claims that Lindsay owes $46,350.04 from her stay in June and July of this year, and that she has been banned from the premises until she coughs up the overdue amount.

The bill includes the price of her suite, room service meals, cigarettes and drinks from the mini bar.

Hotel general manager Philip Pavel penned the letter on July 31, which mentions the hotel's "repeated attempts to resolve" the issue.

"As you are aware from our previous correspondence starting on July 8, you currently owe the hotel a grand total of $46,350.04 in charges for your stay starting on May 30 2012," Philip claimed in his note.

"As we have made repeated attempts to resolve this pressing matter over the last few weeks without any resolution, I regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to extend any further credit for you to remain in the hotel.

"Furthermore, until we get the matter of your outstanding debt paid, know that we will be unable to host you on property or in the restaurant."

Lindsay had set up camp at the popular celeb haunt while she filmed the upcoming TV movie Liz & Dick, about the life and loves of the late Elizabeth Taylor.

While trying to get her life back on track following her revolving door appearances in court stemming from her DUI arrest and a necklace theft, Lindsay lately has found herself in the headlines again.

The 26-year-old was recently embroiled in an alleged $100,000 jewelry and designer sunglasses theft from a Hollywood Hills mansion. Although she claimed she was framed, and it is now reported she will face no prosecution, the negative publicity does not help the Mean Girls star to refurbish her tarnished reputation.

According to updated reports, Lindsay has told friends that the mammoth hotel bill is not her responsibility.

Li-Lo is apparently claiming that producers of Liz & Dick agreed to pick up the tab of her two-month stay at the hotel and she was shocked to learn that the five-figure sum was being billed to her and even more surprised that she has been banned until the money is paid.

Lindsay is now trying to sort the issue out and will pay up if Lifetime producers do not.
