Lindsay Lohan Charged For Felony Grand Theft; Headed to Court Today

Looks like Lindsay Lohan may be facing more time behind bars. Fresh off her stay in the Betty Ford Clinic where she sought recovery for her drug addiction, the starlet now has been officially charged with felony grand theft.

According to TMZ, Lindsay has been charged for felony grand theft after she was accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif. jewelry store on Jan. 22.

Allegedly, surveillance videos shows proof of Lindsay walking out with the necklace.

LiLo was reportedly wearing other jewelry on her neck at the time, hiding the "stolen" necklace in question.

Lindsay is set to be arraigned today at 1:30 p.m. PT, TMZ reports, and if it is proven she stole the necklace and she is convicted of felony grand theft, she could be headed back to behind bars for a maximum of one year in state prison.

Her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley will be with her in court.
