As the story between Lindsay Lohan and former Betty Ford employee Dawn Holland unfolds, the actress claims that she was not intoxicated on the night of their alleged altercation and was rather drinking innocent Shirley Temples beforehand.
According to TMZ, Lindsay had been drinking the non-alcoholic drink while getting her hair done in Palm Springs with friends before arriving back at her rehab center around 1 a.m.
Dawn apparently smelled alcohol on Lindsay and attempted to do a breathalyzer test on the 24-year-old, which she strongly refused to partake in.

One of Lindsay’s friends admitted that she had been drinking herself, but didn’t say anything about the starlet, who called her mother for advice according to a report written by Dawn after the incident.

While there are definitely two sides to this story, Dawn also claims that the argument turned physical giving her grounds to claim assault against Lindsay. And Lilo says she wanted to take a breathalyzer to prove her story, but Dawn didn't let her. What is going on here?!
