Oh Lindsay! The troubled star is at is again. Us Weekly reports Lilo caused a huge scene when she saw Francesca Eastwood celebrating her birthday at Hollywood hotspot Bootsy Bellows Tuesday night.
According to the mag, the Mrs. Eastwood & Company star and a small group of friends were seated in a private area when Lindsay spotted them and started screaming for Francesca to leave.

"I'm a star, she's a nobody, get her out of here!"
A source said, "One poor guy came over and tried to calm Lindsay down and she acted aggressively. At that point the security told her to leave and it was totally embarrassing. She is acting like some bad '80s film star, and it is hard to watch because she needs help."
The actress' rep simply responded with "no comment," when asked about the incident.

But, Francesca and her boyfriend Tyler Shields, are speaking out about the awkward situation.

"We were celebrating my girlfriend Francesca's birthday at Bootsy Bellows, and it was a blast," Tyler tells E! News. "Suddenly, there was a burst of chaos, and as quickly as it started, it was over. After the fact, we were all a bit confused about what just happened."
"I'm not sure what exactly sparked Lindsay's outburst," Francesca adds. "Regardless, I still had an amazing birthday and Parent Trap is still my favorite movie."
Professionally, Linds seems to be doing a little better. She just finished shooting Lifetime's Liz & Dick, where she channels Hollywood icon Liz Taylor, she's currently in production on The Canyons and it was just announced she'll have a role in Scary Movie 5 with Charlie Sheen.
