While trying to stay on track after a recent court-ordered stint in rehab over a DUI case, Lindsay Lohan has been battling out a new issue in court over an allegedly stolen $2,500 necklace from a Venice jeweler. While her lawyer, Shawn Holley, negotiates a plea deal possibly involving jail time, new reports reveal that Lindsay doesn’t want to accept any agreement at all that involves the slammer.

Sources at TMZ explain that Lindsay won’t want to agree to a plea deal if time behind bars comes with the package. She would rather go to trial in order to assert her innocence and have her name totally cleared of the charges.
The 24-year-old’s lawyer is set to discuss a deal with Judge Keith Schwartz, who previously estimated the starlet’s possible jail time if she pleads guilty of the charges at 3-6 months, next week.
