Luckily, Lindsay Lohan has just settled her legal matters with E*Trade, as she is about to face more court drama following her failed drug test. It looks like the trouble 24-year-old actress cashed in after reaching a settlement with the financial company.
The terms of the settlement will remain confidential, but according to TMZ LiLo's camp is "very happy" with the outcome.
“The case between Lindsay and E*Trade has been settled,” Lindsay’s lawyer told TMZ. “There is no further comment.”

The actress originally sued the company for $100 million, claiming the below Super Bowl commercial, in which the baby named Lindsay in the spot, who is referred to as a "milkaholic," was a direct reference to her and defamation of character.
