Feb. 5 2011, Published 10:36 a.m. ET
Lindsay Lohan may have just finished a court ordered stint in rehab, but the starlet doesn’t seem to be out of trouble just yet. According to new reports, the 24-year-old could be charged with felony grand theft in the coming weeks.
TMZ reports that the L.A. District Attorney may file charges against Lindsay as early as next week over accusations that she stole a $2,500 necklace from a Venice jeweler back in January.

Regardless of the claims, no clear decision has been made yet as to actually charge Lindsay or not and her camp explains that the actress is innocent.
“We vehemently deny these allegations and, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court, not in the press,” Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay’s lawyer, said in a statement via TMZ.
