Lindsay Lohan arrived yesterday at her favorite hangout spot: Court! The troubled starlet made an appearance for her probation hearing in Santa Monica, Calif. LiLo was recently released from rehab and the charges are continuing to pile on. Lindsay is currently facing being charged with grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice jeweler back in January.

She will likely be booked and charged with grand theft at some point today, but the fun won't stop there for her. In addition to that, according to HollyScoop, LiLo is being sued for more than $40K in unpaid tanning bills! Tanning Vegas' owner claims Lindsay was a client of theirs from 2007 to 2009 when she racked up an unpaid bill of $41,031!
