Lindsay Lohan Heads Back to Court Today: "I'm Ready, I Think the Truth Will Prevail"

Lindsay Lohan heads back to court today for her grand theft case, and the starlet seems to be confident that justice will be served. One things for sure — She is not ready to head back to the slammer.
"I am ready for court, and I believe that the truth will prevail through all of this," Lindsay told TMZ.
But is seems like the Judge Keith Schwartz, who is presiding over the case, really wants LiLo to think about the plea deal on the table, which involves jail time.
According to TMZ sources, Lindsay will get a "continuance in court" today so she can have more time to think about the plea deal.
Yesterday, Judge Schwartz, Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley and L.A. County Prosecutor Danette Meyers met in chambers, but no deal was made.
At her last hearing, Judge Schwartz said if Lindsay didn't cop a plea, which he promised would include jail time, then her case would be moved to a trial judge.

If Lindsay thinks about accepting the judge order, then she is also admitting defeat, and owning up to the crime. We have a feeling LiLo will fight and try to avoid jail time.
