Days after she began filming her big comeback movie, Liz & Dick, the actress was on her way to the Malibu set and got into a horrible car accident.
According to the Santa Monica Police, she collided with a semi-trailer truck while driving along the Pacific Coast Highway this afternoon. Her Porsche was totalled, and RadarOnline.com confirms she was rushed to Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center.
