NEWSLINDSAY LOHAN: 'I AM INNOCENT'

Lindsay Lohan is speaking out after her second arrest for DUI in the past three months, just eleven days after she left rehab. On Tuesday, July 24, the 21-year-old actress was booked in Santa Monica for DUI, possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custody facility and driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license. She was released on $25,000 bail, and is receiving medical care at an undisclosed location.'I am innocent ... did not do drugs they're not mine,' Lindsay wrote in an e-mail to Access Hollywood's Billy Bush. 'I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy.'' According to Lt.
