Lindsay Lohan is One Noisy Neighbor

As anyone who's ever read one of Lindsay Lohan's Tweets or blog posts knows, the scandal-happy star is not exactly an early bird. And we're guessing that's probably not news to the actress' neighbors, who reportedly tipped off the police to La Lohan's late-night ways.

According to TMZ.com, Linds was apparently playing her music a little bit too loud for the taste of those within earshot of her Hollywood Hills home, because the LAPD were called out to knock on her door around 4:20 a.m. on Sunday morning.

LiLo was given a ticket for excessive noise, which is about as harsh as the couple of minutes she spent in prison in 2007.
