Lindsay Lohan Released From Hospital, Back on Set of 'Liz & Dick'

Drivers, beware: Lindsay Lohan is back on the road! The troubled star was released from the hospital and is back to business.

Ok, seriously, we're glad Lindsay, and all others involved in Friday's Pacific Coast Highway accident, are not seriously injured. Santa Monica police have continued to investigate the accident, which occurred Friday morning; Lindsay's Porsche collided with the rear of a dump truck.

Police officials say it is not clear whether Lindsay was behind the wheel.

Lindsay began shooting the Lifetime movie, Liz & Dick, on Monday. Lifetime has reported that Lindsay is headed back to the set. Of the accident, a statement said, "First and foremost, we're concerned about the well being of Lindsay and anyone else involved in the accident. Lindsay has been doing fantastic work on the set of Liz & Dick and we have no further details."
