Lindsay Lohan tried to keep a low profile last night in Hollywood as she headed out on the town, but when you're a recently released, famous jailbird, that's just not possible. Cameras snapped Lilo heading to Chateau Marmont for a quiet Tuesday night out with pals, and again on her way out of the paparazzi-infested hot spot.

On Monday, Lindsay went for more of an early '90s grunge-inspired look, heading to the courthouse in a plaid shirt and thigh-high stockings.
