Lindsay Lohan knows how to make the best out of a photo-op! No matter where the starlet is going, she dresses to impress... or confuse. The 24-year-old actress chose to wore a tight, short white dress for her arraignment for a felony account of grand theft today in L.A. LiLo had a fresh dye job and looks calm as she strutted into the courthouse as if she was on a catwalk.
Lindsay has been charged for felony grand theft after she was accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif. jewelry store on Jan. 22.
