Lindsay Lohan's latest mug shot can't quite compare to the one she took in September, but maybe that's because she wasn't exactly prepared for it when she entered the Beverly Hills courthouse this morning. Lindsay was taken into custody again after failing two drug tests on probation.

No bail was set for Lindsay and she will most likely stay behind bars at the Century Regional Correction Facility in Lynwood, Calif. until her next hearing, which isn't until Oct. 22.
