Lindsay Lohan might be partying up in Cannes right now, but come Thursday her lawyer says she'll be in court.

Access Hollywood reports, Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman, said Lindsay has a probation status hearing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday.

According to an Access Hollywood source, Lindsay is not on track with her probation for her 2007 DUI case and has three classes she needs to complete.
The judge, the source adds, could put Lindsay in jail, order her to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet, send her to an in-patient rehab facility or give her community service.

If Lindsay does not make it back from Cannes in time, an arrest warrant will be issued.
