OK! has never considered itself a crime-fighting sort of organization, and yet that is precisely what it unwittingly became recently, when a NY woman claimed she saw her stolen mink coat on Lindsay Lohan--on the pages of OK! magazine!

Masha Markova, a Columbia University student, says Lindsay,21, made off with her $11,000 mink coat after a night of partying at a Manhattan nightclub. The two both attended a private party at the trendy 1Oak nightclub in January when Markova says the coat--a treasured gift from her grandmother--disappeared.

Some time later, Markova says she was flipping through OK! Magazine when she saw Lindsay posing for photographs wearing the same missing mink coat.

Markova, who said the coat was eventually returned smelling of "cigarettes and liquor", is now suing Lindsay for unspecified damages. She claims the actress's actions were "intentional, oppressive and malicious and were carried out with reckless disregard" for Markova's rights, according to the lawsuit, filed in NY state court.
