Lindsay Visits a Friend in the Hospital

Contrary to reports that Lindsay Lohan took herself to an L.A. hospital on Thursday night to be treated in the ER, she was actually there to visit a friend, according to the actress' rep.

In a statement to the press, Lindsay's rep says, "Lindsay went to the hospital to visit a friend. She is in rehearsal today for her film Labor Pains."

Lohan and her sidekick Samantha Ronson were spotted at Century City Hospital Thursday evening. She later briefly accompanied Ronson to her deejaying gig at Hollywood's Goa nightclub.
