Is Lipstick Jungle on the chopping block?

It's usually the kiss of death when a show is banished to Fridays.
But that's exactly what's happened to Lipstick Jungle.
Beginning tomorrow night, the show about three high-powered women surviving the jungle known as New York City has a new time slot. So is the series about to be pink-slipped, just like Wendy Healy was from Parador Pictures?
Far from it, according to series star Lindsay Price, who sees the move as a " a really good thing. Ultimately, the network's really behind the show," she told me at the first anniversary of the Talent Hub, sponsored by Furla at The New Museum of Contemporary Art last night.
"It keeps getting better and I think they just want to give it some breathing room," Lindsay added.
And hopefully, some live viewers. "We have tons of fans, but they're TiVoing us," Lindsay explained. "The TV business, it's commercials and ratings, so they're going to give us the chance on Friday where the people who watch us will watch us."
Friday night isn't the only place the stylish trio is moving. Lindsay revealed that they gals go on a road trip in an upcoming episode.

"It's my favorite episode we've ever shot. It's hilarious and heartwarming," she said. "The best of our show is when the three girls are together."
No matter what night they air.
