Jessica Gibson, the nanny who once worked for Rob Lowe's family and is now being sued by the actor, says she never signed a confidentiality agreement and therefore had the right to say anything she wanted about Lowe and his family.
On thursday, Gibson filed docs in a Santa Barbara County Superior Court, asking that Rob's lawsuit be thrown out because he has no legal right to object to anything she may have said about him or the family.

But get this--TMZ is reporting that last February 25, Jessica sent an email saying "I need a copy of my confidentiality contract."
Plus--Rob claims Jessica defamed him by telling people they had a sexual affair. If she really said that and it's not true, then contract or no contract, the actor can still legally sue her for defamation.
