Macaulay Culkin's Sister Dies

In more sad news for Hollywood, Macaulay Culkin's sister Dakota Culkin has passed away after she stepped off a curb in West L.A. and was struck by a car.

The driver, who police say wasn't drinking or speeding, stopped to try to help the 29-year-old, and there is no active criminal investigation. Dakota was taken to the hospital with massive head injuries and died today.

Macaulay's rep Michelle Bega has only said it was a "terrible tragic accident."

 While Macaulay will forever be tied to his role as mischievous Kevin in Home Alone, the actor has turned towards more serious roles recently, such as playing a wheel-chair bound student in 2004's Saved!.
