Madonna to be Sued by French Party After Controversial Concert Image

Oof. Madonna, who was just sued for sampling music in her 1990 hit "Vogue", might be sued again, this time for less ridiculous reasons.

France's far-right National Front party said it plans to sue Madonna after she showed a video containing an image of its party leader, Marine Le Pen, is shown with a swastika on her forehead. The video played at a Madonna concert Saturday night at the Stade de France. The party has previously expressed its outrage with the image, and warned that it would take action if it wasn't removed. Party spokesperson Alain Vizier said they would sue for "insults."
