It seems to be a popular season for rekindling romances. Jude Law and Sienna Miller, Bar Refaeli and Leonardo DiCaprio, and now Madonna and Sean Penn? The former married couple were spotted last night on a three and a half hour dinner date in NYC, Hollywood Life reports.
Madonna and Sean enjoyed a long dinner date a last night at NYC restaurant, Adour, in the St. Regis Hotel, according to Hollywood Life.

The "friends" dined on butter poached Maine lobster, $48.00, and some milk-fed veal, $48.00. Wonder who paid?
The Hollywood A-listers married on Aug. 16, 1985 and divorced four years later on Sept. 14, 1989, after a rocky relationship; however, they remained on friendly terms.
It would be a good time for a restart romance between the two. Madonna’s divorce from Guy Ritchie was finalized in Dec. 2008, and Robin Wright filed for divorce from Sean on Aug 12, 2009, after a 20-year relationship and two kids together.
