From reportedly dating convicted child molester Mark McDaniel to the cancellation of her TLC reality show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, Mama June Shannon is sitting down with E! to explain her side of the controversial story.
In the exclusive interview, Shannon dishes on if she’s spoken to her daughter, Anna ‘Chickadee’ Shannon. Police reports claim that McDaniel sexually assaulted Shannon’s oldest daughter at 8-years-old while the two were dating in 2002.
She is also explaining whether or not she has been in contact the McDaniel, and how she feels about the show being cancelled in light of the recent reports.
“I can’t say anything bad about TLC,” she said.
When the news broke on Oct. 23, Shannon’s 14-year-old daughter Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon told RadarOnline.com, “They sic story is not true. My mom left Mark 10 years ago... She is all about the kids. She only needs us girls, no one else.”
