Mariah Carey on Nick Cannon's Kidney Recovery: "Thank You, Jesus"

Being released from the hospital just over two days ago suffering with kidney problems, Nick Cannon was healthy enough to make an appearance at Saturday night’s BET Honors in Washington, and his wife Mariah Carey couldn't be happier to see him on the mend.

"Thank you, Jesus,” Mariah exclaimed of her husband’s well-being according to USA Today while on stage accepting the Entertainer Award, presented to her by the America’s Got Talent host himself.
Nick seems to know how blessed he is to have someone like the 41-year-old singer to take care of him, “when my kidneys ain’t acting right,” and made sure to acknowledge his wife’s devotion.

"To know you guys are honoring her tonight, I have to continue to honor her every day,” Nick gushed of Mariah at Warner Theater, while his baby twins Moroccan and Monroe watched from the wings.
