It's no wonder Mariah Carey has tough work-outs, husband Nick Cannon keeps wining and dining her! Nick admits, "Her workouts are too hard for me," but that doesn't make him think twice about taking his lady out for romantic dinners!
Mariah was in the mood to celebrate when she attended the Vevo bash in NYC on Dec. 8. "Everyone should be drinking right now," Mariah told guests as she motioned to Stoli vodka cocktails.

Afterward, Mariah chose champagne to drink during her romantic dinner with her husband Nick at Nobu.
"Nick insisted on ordering dessert and fed her a bite of ice cream," an eye witness tells OK!
Sounds like Nick enjoys spoiling his wife!
