All's not well between the "beautiful people."
Marilyn Manson and former bandmate Madonna Wayne Gacy (real name Stephen Bier) are locked in a lawsuit battle. In August, Bier filed a $20 million breach of contract lawsuit, claiming that Manson didn't pay his wages and health insurance and instead spent the money on a lavish lifestyle.
Now Manson has struck back with his own breach of contract countersuit, alleging that Bier did not properly fulfill his duties as a bandmate. In papers filed on Wednesday, Manson claims that Bier missed crucial recording sessions and concerts.

Manson alleges that his partnership with Bier ended in 1996 — when Manson became the clear leader of the band. Manson is seeking general and special damages and a court order preventing Bier from releasing confidential band information.
