Mario Lopez Gets Nipped Again!

If you're still salivating over Mario Lopez's NSFW nude shower on  Nip/Tuck from a few seasons back, fire up your DVR.

The EXTRA host has reprised his role as beefcake plastic surgeon Mike Hamoui for the upcoming season.

Despite a recent interview where Mario said he'd never do another shirtless photo shoot again, he hinted to the TV Fanatic that he'll be showing more skin on screen.

“I did a couple of episodes after that, but that one everyone seems to remember and talk about," laughed Mario, referring to his bare bottom displayed in the scene. Mario, who’s currently filming Nip/Tuck's remaining episodes for season five, teases that the ones coming up are, "going to be very memorable scenes along those lines.

"I won’t give it away, but it’s even a little racier than that if you can believe it. It's racier more in what I'm doing, but I'm sworn to secrecy." 

Mario, who celebrates his 35th birthday tomorrow, did spill on what brings the less-than-four-percent body fat doc back into the picture.

“Last you saw me, I bought Christian McNamara’s apartment in Miami as he and Dr. Troy moved to L.A.,” Mario says. “Now I come to L.A. because business is booming, and I end up joining their practice.”

Mario admits he's having a lot of fun back in the role. "It’s going really, really well."

And you don't have to be shirtless to show off your best [expletive]-ets!
