Law and Order:SVU star, Mariska Hargitay — who has been battling a serious injury — was back on set today.

The actress, who has been hospitalized twice now because of a collapsed lung, told OK! she was feeling "good" as she returned to work.

Mariska, who suffered the pneumothorax — or partially collapsed lung — in a sledding accident in early January, was picked up from her house at 9am on March 23 and she filmed for several hours in New York with co-star Chris Meloni.

On-set sources revealed that they were working on a scene in which the partners help a young mother, played by special guest star Hilary Duff to find her missing child.

It was the first day of an eight-day shoot.

The mother of one looked in great shape on location in the East Village, and when OK! asked her how she was feeling, she told us: "Good, thank you."

The star was first in hospital in early January and underwent two operations, but then came back to work on January 26 — only to end up back in the hospital at the beginning of March for tests.

So lets hope her medical troubles are finally behind her!
