New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez has confirmed that he isn't dating actress Hayden Panettiere, despite recent pictures of the duo leaving In-N-Out Burger together in L.A.
"No, I'm not dating Hayden. I promise," Mark told TMZ.

So why the date to the famous burger joint?
"You guys will figure it out soon enough," the hunky footballer said cryptically. "But I promise you... I promise you, we're not dating."

But Mark does know Hayden — who recently split from Ukrainian boxer Wladimir Klitschko — and said she is a "sweetheart."
TMZ also asked the QB if Jets coach Rex Ryan will get on him for eating fast food?
"No," Mark exclaimed. "He loves it, too."
