Singer, songwriter, producer and actress Mary J. Blige has done it all, but there is one thing she's still keeping on her list of things to do— receive a college degree!

Mary recently expressed an interest in returning to school.
"For the record, I just received my high school diploma yesterday (Monday)," Mary told the Times-Picayune. "The city of New York gave me my high school diploma... and now Howard University has accepted me."
But the class of 2014 shouldn't get too excited — Mary hasn't been accepted as a student just yet!

"We encourage Ms. Blige to continue her studies and welcome her consideration of Howard University in the future," a Howard University rep told the Washington Post. "We are happy to work with Ms. Blige on completing the formal process for admission."
If Mary does decide in the future to go back to school, Howard would be happy to have her!
