Betty got to sit back and relax while stars like Amy Poehler, Zachary Levi and even President Barack Obama honored her on her birthday during the NBC special.
But it was Betty's co-star Mary Tyler Moore who made the evening really special with her appearance.
The Mary Tyler Moore Show actress was celebrated by the audience as well. Mary turned 75-years-old last month and underwent brain surgery last May to remove a benign tumor.
The audience gave Mary, who is looking a little more frail, a standing ovation as she took the stage.
Of the night, Betty said, "I’ve been the luckiest old broad on two feet to have all the jobs that I’ve had.”
Happy 90th birthday, Betty!
