Matthew McConaughey looks like he really got his adrenaline flowing after working out at his gym in Studio City, Calif. yesterday. The hottie and dad of two was nothing but smiles as he greeted the cameras while walking out. We guess it's true when they say there's nothing like a great workout to put you in a delightful mood!

We guess the workout he gets from chasing his two kids, Levi and Vida, isn't quite enough for Matt to maintain his famously fit physique. Not that we're complaining, we're more than happy to see him running around topless again!

Matt has been keeping busy with his family and working on his latest project, The Lincoln Lawyer. He has been seen filming on location all over L.A. with co-star Marisa Tomei.
