
Meet the New Carrie Bradshaw: AnnaSophia Robb Will Star in 'Sex and the City' Prequel

Get ready, Sex and the City fans! A young Carrie Bradshaw has just been cast for the new CW series, The Carrie Diaries, and it's none other than AnnaSophia Robb.

Best known for playing Violet in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, AnnaSophia will play the lead role of Carrie in the prequel to Sex and the City, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. The show will center around Carrie when she comes of age in the '80s in NYC.
