Mel Gibson's girlfriend and baby mama, Oksana Grigorieva, is none too happy with a man she's claiming sold photos of her in lingerie, RadarOnline.com reports.
Oksana filed a suit against Samuel Oriti on Tuesday, claiming he met her in 2004 and told her he'd try to negotiate a deal for her with a prominent lingerie company. Oksana then posed in a photo shoot, modeling lingerie, and paid for the session. She says Oriti promised not to distribute the photos elsewhere.

However the suit doesn't claim that Oksana and Oriti had any written agreement or provide proof that she paid for the shoot. Oksana is asking for $100,000.
